Description
The AZ-Delivery 1M Cable DS18B20 Digital Temperature Sensor provides from 9-bit to 12-bit Celsius temperature readings and has an alarm function with non-volatile, user-programmable upper and lower trigger points. The sensor does not require standby power, meaning that when temperature data is not being read, the sensor consumes no power at all.
Special Features
- Thanks to the unique 1-wire interface, the sensor requires only one port pin to communicate with a microcontroller.
- Each sensor has a unique 64-bit serial address, so multiple sensors can operate on the same one-wire bus.
- Thanks to one meter cable length leeway when mounting the sensor. Due to the cable also conditionally suitable for outdoor applications. However, without heat shrink tubing on the metal sleeve.

Projects with Raspberry Pi
In our blog posts you can find a variety of projects with the DS18B20 sensor with Raspberry Pi, as well as in the forum in the Maker Community.
Quick Start Guide
The use of our DS18B20 sensors with cable is the same except for the different resistance to water. Therefore, the same e-books can be used.
